Account closure upon user request
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 194 support team by email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures. Any balance arising from activity that breaches these terms will not be eligible for withdrawal.
Platform liability limitations
